## Adding Contacts to a Group

Use the **Add the contact to a group** action to add a contact to a group from within a flow.

## Removing Contacts from Groups

Use the **Remove contact from a group** action remove a contact from a group from within a flow.

In the example above, we're removing expecting mothers who've opted-out of SMS updates from the "Expecting Mothers" group. 

**Note** that you can also use this action to remove contacts from *all* groups.
