Adding Surveyors
Accounts still using the TopUp plan that have purchased 100,000 or more credits may add additional logins with varying levels of access. Users who have switched to our Subscription Billing plan have full access to add multi-logins.
One of these roles is a Surveyor. Surveyors may download the Nyaruka Surveyor application, gain access to an account using the account's password, and then run flows on behalf of the account.
There are two ways a surveyor can gain access to an account. First, navigate to your account page and click on the user roles tab:

Anyone given a password can download Surveyor, create an account, and access Surveyor flows for the associated workspace. Navigate to the 'Manage Accounts' section and set the password that all new Surveyors will use to log into and register their newly created Surveyor app.

Surveyors can be manually added through the Manage Logins button:

Once at the Manage Logins screen, simply enter the person's email address, select Surveyor as their account role and click the 'Save Changes' button.
