# Can I use the platform for Voice (IVR)?

You can [build flows that use IVR](/en/article/creating-a-voice-ivr-flow-d4zlc3/) (or even mix SMS & Voice interactions). To get started, add a voice Channel (such as Twilio) and select **Phone Call** as your flow medium in the "New Flow" input box.
