To create a flow, navigate to the **Flows** tab

Click the "New flow" on the top right side of your screen. The **New Flow** dialogue will appear, where you can:

1. Give the flow a name

2. [Assign it keyword triggers](/en/article/assigning-keywords-to-a-flow-1ltca66/)

3. Select the [type](/en/article/flow-types-y5c7g3/) of flow you'd like to create

4. Set the [language](/en/article/creating-a-multi-language-flow-vronm5/) in which you'll edit it

Once you've assigned your flow the proper attributes click the "Create" button to enter the flow editor.

**Note** that when building a flow, we recommend prioritizing vertical movement over horizontal movement. The flow editor is designed to support a horizontal movement to a point, but will support vertical movement indefinitely.
