# Updating Workspace Information

Need to update your workspace information? You can do that via your workspace settings page. 

First, click on the gear icon at the bottom left to take you to your **settings** page.

### Change your Name, Timezone & Date format

Click on " *your workspace name is...",* here you can update the workspace name, Timezone as well as the the date and time format used across the workspace. 

Click the Save button to update your changes. 

### Configuring Flow languages

Next, set your flow's default language (in which you will build), and your additional languages (languages you may translate the flows into). See more on how to [set a preferred language for a contact.](https://help.textit.com/en/article/setting-the-language-for-a-contact-1dzm2m0/)

Click the Save button to update your changes. 

### Configuring Your Reply-To Email

From your settings page, You can do this in the " *Emails sent from flows will come from...*" section. For a detailed guide, see [here](/en/article/configuring-your-reply-to-email-dhw409/).  
Click the Save button to update your changes.
