Delete or Archive a Flow

Need to inactivate or delete a flow? Read on to learn how.

Deleting a Flow

When you delete any data from your workspace, it is gone forever. We do not store deleted data on our servers. So, be sure you really don't want the flow!

You can delete from inside the flow editor itself. Open the appropriate flow and click the menu icon in the top-left corner. You should see a 'Delete' button.

Archiving a flow

What if you don't want to remove the flow from your workspace, but you'd like to stop using it for now? You have the option to Archive the flow, rendering it inactive, instead of deleting it permanently in case you want to use it again.

From your Flows tab, select the flow(s) you want to archive by clicking the corresponding checkbox. An 'Archive' button should appear at the top of your flow list- click on it and all the selected flows will no longer send messages and will be moved to the Archived folder.

If you want to re-activate the flow, find it from the Archived folder and select it. A re-activate button will appear at top, click on it and it will move back to the Active flows.

The flow will go back to sending messages depending on the trigger set for the flow.
