Introduction to Triggers
Triggers allow you to control how or when a flow begins. A flow can be triggered by a keyword or missed call and scheduled on a future date.
To create a new trigger, go to the triggers tab on the left and select + New Trigger:
Here, you can select triggers such as:
Create a message keyword that launches a flow.
Start a flow after receiving a message that doesn't match any keywords.
Start a flow in the future or on a schedule.
Start a flow after receiving a call.
Start a flow when a conversation is started by a contact.
Start a flow when Facebook refers a contact.
Start a flow after a ticket is closed.
Start a flow when a contact accepts an opt-in request.
Start a flow when a contact opts out of a topic they previously opted in to.
