Introduction to Contact Groups
Contact groups allow you to segment your contacts into clusters based on their attributes or responses. Contacts can be placed in multiple groups, and you can create as many as you need.
Learn how to create a contact group here. Within a flow, contacts can be moved to and from groups using the Add a contact to a group and Remove contact from a group actions explained in further detail here. A contact's groups can be referenced using the @contact.groups variable.
