Multi-Workspace Accounts
We have a plan that allows you to have one bill for many workspaces. It is intended for workspaces with use cases across multiple countries or projects, for example, where it's useful to be able to create workspaces for specific programs and manage them from a central account. It also allows a single user to create multiple workspaces to resell to clients.
The primary account is the usual $25/mo. Instead of including 1,000 free contacts, it has the ability to create new workspaces at only $15/mo per workspace and combine all the contacts messaged across all workspaces. If your combined active usage is above 100,000 contacts then we can offer a 25% discount!
All of this is combined into a single invoice for you and, if used as a reseller account, you are free to charge your customers however you see fit. Additionally, we also sell an option to add your own branding, colors, and domain for your site. Let us know if that's something you're interested in!
To add a child workspace, first navigate to your workspace settings page and click on ‘Workspaces’ on the lefthand side. Note that you will not see this option on your settings page if your account is not on a reseller plan yet.
Once you've clicked on your workspaces, now find the menu icon ☰ at the top-right corner. You will see ’New workspace’- click on it and name your new workspace. On this page, you will be able to see a list of all your workspaces.
If you are logged into your main workspace, no need to log in and out to access your other workspaces. Simply click on your initials in the circle at the top left and you will see a dropdown with all your workspaces. Click on the name to switch.
We can convert any paid account into a reseller plan and then you can create workspaces under it at the $15/mo rate as you see fit. Reach out to us if interested and we'll set it up! If you have existing accounts you want to merge into this, then you might want to export/import any flows and contacts from your existing workspaces.
