What is a "Featured" Contact Field?
Notice that on a contact's page, there are 3 different fields shown. In this example, we see "Organization", "Due Date", and "Gender":

These are contact fields that are "featured", meaning they will appear at the top of your contact's individual contact page, reached via the Contacts tab.
You can also see featured contact fields on the main contact list page:

Adding or Editing "Featured" Contact Fields
First, click the "Contacts" tab then Fields button from the column on your left hand side:

Here, you'll be brought to the Manage Contact Fields page:

Here, you'll notice two sections; "Featured" contact fields and "Other Fields" which is the all the other fields.
Create a 'New field' from the 'New' button at the top-right.

Give it a unique name, and assign a data type for what you will store here (Text, Number or Date & Time).
To featured it on the contact's page, we simply click the star button for that field.
Alternatively, you can remove it from "Featured" fields by clicking the star button from the featured section. Which will also remove it from the top of your contact's contact page.

Note that you can feature as many contact fields as you would like, but only fields that are completed for a contact will appear; i.e., if a contact's due date had not been added, it will not appear as that information is null in the system.
To create a new custom contact field, follow these steps.
