Searching Within Flows and Messages
You can easily search for content within your flows, messages, or contact chat history.
In a Flow
Use the search function in your flows. This can be accessed using the search icon on the toolbar, or by using command + F. This allows for:
- Faster troubleshooting and editing – Quickly find messages, variables, or logic to fix issues or make changes without digging through the whole flow.
- Easier navigation of complex flows – Search lets you jump directly to what you need instead of manually scanning large, messy workflows.
- Better consistency and understanding – Find all instances of content or logic to standardize messaging and quickly understand how a flow is structured.
When you click on your search results, you will automatically jump to the action location within the flow for quick editing. The search option is also available in Table view.

In a Contact’s Chat History
Message searching allows for Faster Support & problem-solving, enabling you to quickly track down important details or specific responses.
To access message search in chat history, simply click on the search icon on the upper-right hand side of the contact chat.

You can also search for message content within your inbox, handled, and archived messages.
