The toolbar at the top of the Flow Editor has tools for building, navigating and managing your flows, from translating content to tracking the changes other users make in a shared workspace.

Navigation & View Modes

In the upper left of the toolbar, you can switch between two ways of working with your content:

• Flow View: The standard visual canvas, which shows the logic and connections between your nodes.
• Table View: A list of every message in the flow, in layout order. You can edit your flow's message content directly in this spreadsheet-style view.

Language & Translation Management

The language dropdown next to the view buttons, which shows the current language (English in the example), lets you manage a flow's translations:

• Side-by-Side Comparison: Selecting a language while in Table View shows the original text and its translation side by side. You can create or edit translations directly in this table, or keep managing them in individual message blocks in Flow View.
• Completion Tracking: The dropdown shows how much of the flow has been translated into each language, such as 50% for Spanish and 25% for Chinese in the example below.

On the right side of the toolbar are tools for getting around your flow and keeping track of it. The zoom controls only appear in Flow View.

Zoom Controls

• Zoom-to-Fit: See your entire flow at once to understand its overall structure.
• Zoom In/Out: Adjust the view between 30% and 100% with the − and + buttons.
• Full Zoom: Snap back to a 100% view.

You can keep editing blocks while zoomed out or in Zoom-to-Fit mode.

Revision History

The Revisions tab (clock icon) keeps a history of changes to your flow:

• Undo Functionality: Revert recent changes or return to an older version of your flow to correct mistakes.
• Version History: Review a list of flow edits, newest first, showing when each was made. If you share a workspace, it also shows which user made each change, such as Ben Carter, Rachel Stone or Kate Morgan in the example below.

Search Functionality

To find specific content in your flow, use the search tool:

• Locate Text & Actions: Click the search icon or press CONTROL + F to find terms, actions such as "Call Webhook", or phrases anywhere in a long, complex flow. Each result is labeled with the type of action or node it was found in.
