Searching for Contacts Currently in Flows

You've always been able to search for contacts with a query based on contact fields. You can now use the same kind of query to find contacts who are currently in a particular flow, or contacts who aren't in any flow.

Once you know the flow, you can search for the contacts currently in it:

1. Go to the Contacts tab.

2. Click Search. In the search bar, type the query: flow = "the name of the flow"

In my example below, I want to see the contacts currently in the flow "Survey Check-In":

You can also use a query to find contacts who aren't currently in any flow.

1. Go to the Contacts tab and click Search.

2. Search for flow = ""
