Targeting Recent Users When Starting a Flow

To improve your flow's response rate, you can target only recent users.

When you start a flow, you'll see inclusion options for your contacts:

If you check Have sent a message in the last, contacts who haven't sent you a message in the past 90, 180 or 365 days won't be started in the flow. To change the time period, click the drop-down. Only contacts who have engaged recently will receive your flow's messages.
