Use the Enter a Flow action to send contacts from one flow into another. When a contact reaches this action, they start the other flow, then return to the current flow when that flow completes or expires.

You'll find Enter a Flow under Trigger in the list of actions.

Select the flow the contact should enter, then click Save.

In the example below, contacts in a "Survey Check-In" flow are sent to a flow called "Wellbeing Survey" once they've replied with their year of study.

Parent Variables

When an Enter a Flow action is placed in a flow, the flow variables created up to that step can be used in the flow the contact enters. The first flow becomes the 'parent' flow. Within the 'child' flow, flow variables collected in the parent are referenced with the @parent prefix.

For example, Survey Check-In saves a contact's year of study as @results.year, then uses the Enter a Flow action to start the contact in Wellbeing Survey. In Wellbeing Survey, an Update Field action sets the contact's Year field to @parent.results.year:
