Adding Contacts to a Group

Use the Add to Group action to add a contact to a group from within a flow.

Removing Contacts from Groups

Use the Remove from Group action to remove a contact from a group from within a flow.

In the example above, we're removing the contact from the "Fall Cohort" group.


Note that you can also use this action to remove contacts from all groups by checking Remove from All Groups.
