Contacts to include when Starting Flows
Before starting a flow, you might not want to start all your contacts and instead target contacts who are:
Active Contacts who have sent you a message in the past 90, 180, or 365 days (click the drop-down to change the period).
Contacts not currently in another flow - Since a contact can't be in two Messaging flows at the same time, check this box to avoid interrupting them. See more about Background Flows to avoid interrupting contacts.
Contacts who have not been in the this flow in the last 90 days, giving them a chance to re-start the flow.
When you click on Start at the top right in the flow editor, the dialog gives you the option to include contacts as needed. Each of the above scenarios are represented by checkboxes.
