Adding Channels

You can add a channel to your workspace by navigating to your account settings page. Simply click the settings icon at the bottom left corner of your screen, then click the + New channel button.


Disabling an existing channel



After you have added a channel, it will automatically start processing, it can send and recieve messages. You may decide to stop sending messages but without losing the channel's integration and history. To do that, head to the channel's page and click on the menu icon at the top right, the on 'Edit'.
From the edit window, uncheck the box Enabled

Once you uncheck that box, messages will stop sending from that channel. Messages that were sent before you uncheck the box will still get delivered.
