Configuring a Retry in an IVR (Voice) Flow
To configure your IVR flow to retry sending when a contact doesn't answer the call or the call doesn't connect, first navigate to your flow's editor. Then, click on the ☰ menu icon and select 'Edit':
In the dialogue box that pops up, choose the time after the failed call that you'd like to retry:
That's it! When a call doesn't connect, we will re-send after 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day.
