Managing your API Tokens
We've overhauled the UI for API Tokens to improve your experience and provide greater security. Now, users must explicitly create an API token when you open a TextIt account.
To see your tokens, first go to your workspace settings page by clicking the gear icon at the bottom left of the browser. Then, navigate to 'Account' and find the API token section.
Here, you can manage your tokens by:
Creating new ones
Deleting existing ones
Tracking when a token was last used
Why the change?
It's a security best practice to regularly update your tokens from time to time and this update to our UI allows you to easily create, delete, and track your tokens in one place. By creating a new token, you can also easily switch over your token in an external app before deleting an old one.
