WhatsApp Templates Tab
To make your life easier, we've added a new section within the Messages tab that lists all of your WhatsApp templates on one page. From this list, you can view individual templates to review their different components and make sure they're fully approved.
To find your templates, first navigate to the Messages tab on the left-hand side of the platform and then find the Templates section:
Here, you'll view all of the templates you've already created for WhatsApp:
Click on a template, and you'll see more detail:
Header
Body
Channel
Language
Approval Status
We support the following WhatsApp components:
Header - This could be either text or image. For images, you can use the picker to select a file from your computer. We'll soon be adding the ability to use variables as well!
Body - This is the text of your template. You can use variables and language translations.
Footer - Footers are optional components that appear immediately after the body that can provide contacts with additional information.
Buttons - These are quick replies that allow the contact to simply click on the appropriate response rather than typing it out.
Note that we do not support all template components that may be offered by your channel provider. If a feature is not supported, you'll see that the approval status bubble is 'unsupported'.
