Adding Quick Replies to your Messages

Quick replies are a feature that enables you to provide contacts on IP messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber, and Telegram with a predefined set of responses. 


Create your Quick Replies


To add quick replies to a message, simply click the dialogue icon beneath the Send Message action dialogue box:



Next, add your quick replies responses: 



Your contacts will see buttons that they can click to respond to your message. You can also test this feature in the simulator: 



Channel Specific Quick Reply Types


Some channel types only support simple text values as quick replies but other types support menus with descriptions, location selection buttons, rich forms and url links with configured text. To support these advanced channel specific features we allow use of markup within the quick reply value.

Rich Forms


Can be used to invoke a WhatsApp Flow or Telegram Webapp. The collected data is then accessible in the flow as @input.payload.
