Adding Quick Replies to your Messages

Create your Quick Replies
To add quick replies to a message, simply click the dialogue icon beneath the Send Message action dialogue box:

Next, add your quick replies responses:

Your contacts will see buttons that they can click to respond to your message. You can also test this feature in the simulator:

Channel Specific Quick Reply Types
Some channel types only support simple text values as quick replies but other types support menus with descriptions, location selection buttons, rich forms and url links with configured text. To support these advanced channel specific features we allow use of markup within the quick reply value.
Menus with Descriptions
[TEXT]<extra>[DESCRIPTION]OK<extra>I agree to the terms and conditions
URL Buttons
<url>[TEXT]<extra>[URL]<url>Visit Website<extra>https://example.com
Location Choosers
<location>[TEXT]<location>Send Location
Rich Forms
Can be used to invoke a WhatsApp Flow or Telegram Webapp. The collected data is then accessible in the flow as @input.payload.
<form>[TEXT]<extra>[WHATSAPP_FLOW_ID]<form>Register Now!<extra>123456789
