We allow you to add labels to classify responses. This makes it easier to organize your messages and sort through them when exported from the platform. Note that you may also label messages within a workflow.



To label your messages:

Click the "Messages" tab.

Check the boxes to the left of the messages you'd like to label.

Click the "Label" icon that appears once messages are selected and either choose from previously created labels or create a new one.



If creating a new label, give it a name.



Once created, the label will appear to the right of your message.
