Workspace Settings Primer

Your workspace settings page is the heart of your workspace. From here, you can:

View, add or remove channels
Manage child workspaces
Edit the name of your workspace
Change your timezone and date/time format
Configure a reply-to email
Connect to DT One to send airtime
Set your primary language and add languages you want to provide translations in

Manage who has access to your workspace
Access your dashboard
Access your billing page
Manage your API Token
Resthook: create flow events that external services can subscribe to. For example Zapier
Incidents: Check if anything is not working as it should. For example, suspended workspace or channel issues.
View archives (Flows and Messages)
