Workspace Settings Primer

Your workspace settings page is the heart of your workspace. From here, you can:


  • View, add or remove channels
  • Manage child workspaces
  • Edit the name of your workspace
  • Change your timezone and date/time format
  • Configure a reply-to email
  • Connect to DT One to send airtime.
  • Set your primary language and add languages you want to provide translations in
  • Manage who has access to your workspace
  • Access your dashboard to see an overview of your message history and workspace statistics.
  • Access your billing page
  • Manage your API Tokens
  • See Resthooks: create flow events that external services can subscribe to such as Zapier
  • Incidents: Check if anything is not working as it should. For example, a suspended workspace or channel issues.
  • View archives (Flows and Messages)
