Introduction to Campaigns
Campaigns allow you to schedule messages and workflows relative to a date for a contact, such as the date a contact was created or the date a contact joined a group. Campaigns are often used for DRIP communication such as maternity health reminders, therapy adherence messages, or messages that correspond with the lifecycle of a product or service. A campaign event represents an action that is performed at a time relative to a date-time contact field, such as "Created On", which is the date a contact was created, or a custom contact field. Be sure to first Create a Campaign to which you can then add an Event! A campaign requires a name and a contact group to send campaign events to. Note that each campaign may only operate on one group. Creating a Campaign Navigate to the campaigns tab. Each contact is assigned attributes, called contact fields , that hold values such as their names, phone numbers, and any other individual information you want. In our use case example, we want to create a custom contact field to set a join date for group membership. When adding a campaign event, you have two options on how to handle the message or flow start. If a contact is active in a flow and the event is sending a message, you can either: Choose to Stop it and execute the event, or Choose to skip the event and not send the message Choose to send the message anyway.Few readersActivating Archived Campaigns
If you'd like to activate a campaign you previously archived, you can do so by following these steps: Click on the Campaign Icon, then click on the "Archived" folder to pull up a list of your Archived Campaigns. Check the box to the left of the campaign you want to activate and then click on the "Activate Icon" that will appear. This will activate your campaign.Few readersEditing Campaigns
To update or edit the Name of a Campaign or the Group that it operates on: Click on the Campaigns tab in the top right of the page and then click on the campaign that you want to edit. Click on the ☰ menu icon in the upper right of the page and select "Edit". Follow the steps below to archive a campaign: Click on the "Campaigns" tab icon, and then check the box to the left of the campaign you want to archive. Click on the "File Box Icon" above the names of the campaigns and the campaign will be archived. You can view all of your archived campaigns by going to the "Campaigns" page and clicking on "Archived" in the boxFew readersExporting Campaigns

To edit when a Message or Flow is sent out, to change the Flow, or to switch from sending a Message to starting a Flow as part of a Campaign Event: Click on the Campaigns Icon in the top, right of the page and then click on the "Campaign" that contains the Event that you want to edit.
