Smart Contact Groups
Groups resulting from contact searches are called Smart Groups. Previously, we called them "dynamic". Smart groups are unique in that they will continue to collect contacts who match the query that created them. Creating a Smart Group Once you enter a query, our platform will return the group of contacts who match it. From the Contact's Information Page If you want to edit an individual contact's group memberships by either adding or removing them, simply visit their contact information page and click the dropdown menu at the top right and select 'Edit': In the pop up, you can then select new groups for the contact or remove groups. To create a group: Navigate to the contacts tab. Click the Menu icon ☰. Give your group a name and click the "Create" box. Your new group will appear in the group directory on the left side of the page.Few readersIntroduction to Contact Groups
Contact groups allow you to segment your contacts into clusters based on their attributes or responses. Contacts can be placed in multiple groups, and you can create as many as you need.
