Message and Flow Archives
Messages and flow runs older than 90 days are moved to archives that you can access from your account page. This lets you download your historical data and keeps your web dashboard light by showing only the most recent data.
You can access your current archives by visiting your account page and clicking the archives section. You can download archives by day or by month. They use the same format as our API endpoints, so you can use the same tools to process them.
Although messages and flow runs older than 90 days no longer appear in your inbox or on contact pages, you can still download them using the same Excel export as before.
| If you use our API to retrieve messages or flow runs older than 90 days, you'll need to update your integration to use the archives API endpoint as well. You can find TextIt endpoints here and RapidPro endpoints here. |
