Can I Make a Group Chat with TextIt?

We often get asked whether TextIt supports group chats, meaning a space where multiple contacts can send messages to and receive messages from both TextIt and each other.

So, can you make a group chat? No.

TextIt wasn't designed for that kind of communication. It maps incoming and outgoing messages directly between your workspace and a single contact. You can send a broadcast message or campaign to an entire group of contacts at once, or start many contacts in a flow, but their responses only come back to your workspace.
