Next Up Tab

The Next Up tab shows a timeline of everything scheduled to reach a contact, in the order it will happen. Open an active contact, select Next Up, and the number beside the tab shows the number of upcoming events.

What it shows

Every upcoming scheduled event for the contact, from:

• Campaign events — a message or flow from a campaign the contact belongs to.
• Scheduled broadcasts — one-off messages set for a specific time.
• Scheduled flows — flows triggered to start on a schedule.

The timeline runs from NOW, each event labeled by how far out it's scheduled. It's a projection: past entries may not match what actually happened, it updates automatically as new events are created & your schedules and the contact's fields change.
